Beth Molasky-Cornell is a partner, shareholder and an active member of the Board of Directors of The Molasky Group of Companies, a family-owned company that has participated in the development of the Las Vegas Valley for more than fifty years. The company is directly involved with the development and sales of commercial, industrial and residential properties.
Beth has worked with the Molasky family as an investment partner and real estate developer on multiple real estate venues. Among these are prime real estate developments in Winterwood Corporation land development, Park Towers luxury high rise condominiums, and the Bank of America plazas. The Molasky Group has recently completed the development of the IRS Office Building in downtown Las Vegas, the Social Security Administration Building, private aviation jet hangers, apartment projects, and the Casa Grande Transitional Housing Facility for the Nevada Department of Corrections. Construction is now taking place on a 285,000 sq. ft. high rise office tower in downtown Las Vegas known as The Molasky Corporate Center.
As well as being involved in real estate development in Las Vegas, Molasky has developed a synchronicity with her husband, Ken Cornell, in the high-end real estate market in San Diego, California. Together, they formed Ocean Pacific Companies, a development and design firm, and have continued to expand into vertical sales markets and affiliated companies. As a founding partner, a member of the board of directors, Beth is an integral part of Ocean Pacific Companies. She participates in the architectural and developmental designs and reviews, interior design and decorating, and is involved in the financial aspects of construction. Together, Molasky and Cornell have completed multiple projects in La Jolla and Mission Beach, and continue to create new and dynamic contemporary properties that are reflective of a dimension that “builds outside of the box!” Their passion is developing high–end quality homes and condominiums for the connoisseur with caviar tastes, who love the aesthetics of upscale beachfront living.
Although Beth is a Nevada native, she now commutes between Las Vegas and her second residence in San Diego. She is active in community events in both cities, and is now currently involved with the President’s Ambassadors with the San Diego Zoo.
A former educator, Beth earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from the University of Southern California, and did her undergraduate training for her Teacher’s Credentials at that same university. She received her Teaching Credential in 1972.
