The Molasky Group of Companies led development on a new $23MM, 110,000 square foot, 2-story office/warehouse facility for pharmacy benefits manager Catamaran and its specialty pharmacy, Briova Rx, at the UNLV/Harry Reid Research and Technology Park in the southern part of the Las Vegas Valley. This is the first building to be built on the 122-acre master planned business park designed for high quality R&D tenants who seek collaboration with the university and business communities. Catamaran Rx is entering into a long-term lease for a facility that will initially house a workforce of 350 qualified, versatile, flexible and diverse employees. The project will brought 200 construction jobs to the valley. The Molasky Group served as real estate developer on the project along with Martin Harris as the general contractor, 10 Nine Group as the architect, Walker Engineering as the civil engineer firm, Tectonics Design as the structural engineer and Harris Consulting Engineers as the Mechanical/plumbing/electrical firm. Whitney, ESD, and Clune Construction Company handled the tenant improvements.
