Colleen C. Cochran

Colleen C. Cochran is Development Assistant and has over five years of experience in the A/E/C and Real Estate Development industries. She currently works with Molasky’s Public Properties Group, managing the proposal coordination for the pursuit of developer–owned GSA and government agency build–to–suit projects, working with the entire design and construction team, as well as organizing, writing and editing proposal submissions. She has been a part of the Public Properties Group for over four years, where her team has had a great success rate on projects pursued, including the award of five GSA–lease projects around the country.

Colleen’s efforts in the development process include pursuit, financing, and the design, pre–development and development phases. She was also responsible for organizing the groundbreaking ceremonies for all of Molasky’s GSA projects, working closely with municipal and government agencies and leaders to coordinate the program with honored guests.

Prior to her work with the Public Properties Group, Colleen ran the marketing and business development efforts of a mid-sized civil engineering firm, encompassing duties from cultivating existing business relationships and developing new business contacts through industry organizations; company image branding through many multiple channels; soliciting new business and organizing award-winning project submittals; to initiating media coverage of company accomplishments.

Colleen earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and a minor in Marketing from Missouri State University.
