Built in 1975, the Bank of America Plaza is downtown Las Vegas’ most prominent and prestigious business landmark. At 16 stories tall, the building houses some of the city’s largest law and accounting firms. Its 250,000 square feet of office space is located within walking distance of the Federal Courthouse, Las Vegas City Hall and the Clark County Government Center.
Bank of America West is the first large–scale complex dedicated to financial and professional services in the far west end of the Las Vegas Valley. This eight–story building next to the community of Summerlin is ideally located near freeways and several upscale neighborhoods. Building tenants include physicians, attorneys, stockbrokers and other professional service firms. Large floor plates span 10,000 square feet and the ground floor houses a full service Bank of America branch.

The Molasky Group of Companies created one of the most renowned golf courses and resort communities in the world-the prestigious La Costa Resort and Spa in Carlsbad, California. La Costa offers guests 473 deluxe rooms, world–class golf on two PGA championship courses, 21 tennis courts and an award-winning spa. The company sold La Costa in 1987.
The Molasky Group of Companies opened Sunrise Hospital on December 15, 1958 with 58 beds, two surgical suites with a staff of 16 doctors, and three 60,000 square foot office buildings nearby for doctors. Irwin Molasky and his business partners were instrumental in persuading medical professionals from other markets to practice in Southern Nevada. Doctors, nurses, technicians and administrators settled in Las Vegas and generated a world–class medical system for the community providing high–quality and safe medical care. For the next ten years he managed the phenomenal development on the hospital campus, including several high–rise buildings that added hundreds of beds. In 1974, the hospital opened the area’s first Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) for critically ill newborns and premature infants. The hospital was sold to Humana in 1967, however, Molasky continued to serve on the Board of Trustees and a member of the Molasky family is a mainstay on the Board to this day. Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center is now part of the Sunrise Healthcare System and is now owned by the Hospital Corporation of America. Today, Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center is a major facility with 730 beds, 28 surgical suites, and more than 1300 affiliated doctors who perform heart surgeries, research neurodegenerative disease, and treat emergency patients.
In 1978, Irwin Molasky and his development partners started Southern Nevada's first home–care hospice, The Nathan Adelson Hospice. It was based on a program in England– St. Christopher’s Hospice– where they taught people how to care for patients who were dying and to do so with dignity. The mission of The Nathan Adelson Hospice is to provide patients and their loved ones with comprehensive end–of–life care and influence better care for all in our community. In 1983, The Nathan Adelson Hospice opened its Swenson facility with 20 in–patient beds and has since become a national model for other in–patient hospice facilities throughout the United States and it is the second hospice facility ever to open in the United States. Located on the campus of The University of Nevada at Las Vegas, the Nathan Adelson Hospice/Swenson facility is devoted to palliative care for terminally ill patients and grief programs. The facility is a quad design with five quads, a chapel, dining area and full–service kitchen. A second facility is now open in the southwestern part of Las Vegas and is a 16–bed in–patient hospice facility. The Molasky Group is currently in development for a third Nathan Adelson Hospice facility in the Northwestern part of Las Vegas.
