More than six decades ago, The Molasky Group of Companies began a tradition of quality real estate development and management in the southwestern United States. Irwin Molasky, along with his children, Steven, Andrew, Alan and Beth, established a sterling reputation for strategic land planning and progressive real estate development.

Their companies thrived as they built an innovative and highly marketable portfolio of commercial, industrial and residential properties. Their impressive track record was shaped by their devotion to the development process and ensuring the merit of each project from concept, to design & engineering, to bricks & mortar construction and property management.

Today, the executive board of the Molasky Group continues the tradition yet leads the way through the complexities of today’s turbulent real estate business. Irwin Molasky currently serves as Chairman; Richard S. Worthington is President and CEO; Bradley Sher is Vice President and CFO and Suzanne Sanders is Vice President of Design & Construction. Their dedication, education, leadership and financial acumen work to create new opportunities in a harsh business environment.

The current company strategy is to work with government agencies to develop public private partnerships. The strategy has thus far created The IRS Headquarters in Las Vegas; the Social Security Administration building in Las Vegas; the seventeen story Molasky Corporate Center, a LEED Gold office tower whose tenants include Southern Nevada Water Authority and United States Secret Service Las Vegas field office; the 400 bed Casa Grande Re-entry Facility for the State of Nevada Department of Corrections; and the 1078 bed Clark County Detention Facility.

Nationally, the company recently completed construction on The National Personnel Records Center (NPRC) in St. Louis, MO, one of the National Archives and Records Administration's largest operations for a military record repository.

The company also developed four Field Offices for the Federal Bureau of Investigation serving regions in Cincinnati, OH; Minneapolis, MN; Portland, OR; and San Diego, CA. These state-of-the-art properties are LEED™ certified Gold by the United States Green Building Council and support the agencies' national security mission to lead and coordinate intelligence efforts that drive actions to protect the United States.
