






During his career, Dan Edwards has maintained more than 200 commercial properties that exceeded four million square feet. Edwards has more than 30 years experience in managing operations for a multitude of properties including a strong background in operations management of properties leased to government agencies such as: GSA, IRS, SSA, BLM, U.S. Forest Service, Fish & Wildlife Service and USGS. Additionally, Edwards maintained the San Diego Port Authority properties which included Fisherman’s Wharf, Fisherman’s Village and the Oceanography Institute of La Jolla.
Edwards is a Vietnam veteran and retired from the U.S. Navy after twenty years of service as Navy Chief with a strong electrical/mechanical background.
Upon retiring from the Navy, Dan spent more than 20 years in the field working for a construction company on government properties in Reno, NV, Casper WY and St. George, UT; and entertainment venues in Branson, MO.
Living in Las Vegas for the past 10 years, Edwards managed the facilities at the Neonopolis entertainment complex in downtown Las Vegas. Since 2004, Edwards has been director of operations at Molasky Group of Companies handling The IRS Building (Las Vegas, NV), The Social Security Administration Building (Las Vegas, NV) and the Molasky Corporate Center, Las Vegas’ first Class-A LEED Gold certified office building. Additionally, Edwards oversees the operations of the newly built National Personnel Records Center (St. Louis, MO), and three new Federal Bureau of Investigations buildings (Brooklyn Center, MN, Portland, OR and Cincinnati, OH).
