The Nevada Department of Corrections and The Molasky Group of Companies, a private real estate developer, opened the Casa Grande Re–Entry Center. This modern facility provides inmates nearing the end of their sentences the tools for a successful return to society while costing Nevada taxpayers very little. Today, the Molasky Group of Companies has teamed with former Nevada Department of Corrections director Jackie Crawford to further develop the Casa Grande program to serve as a model across the country for Correctional Re–Entry Centers, Juvenile and Adult Detainment Centers, and Social Service and Mental Health Centers for Jails/Correctional Facilities.

The Internal Revenue Service office building in downtown Las Vegas, Nevada is a four-story, 90,000 square foot building that serves more than 500–600 visitors per day to the city’s central core. This building is a perfect example of a successful public/private partnership to fuel redevelopment in an area critical to the city's future economic development.
The Social Security Administration building is a build-to-suit for the General Services Administration. It is located in southwestern Las Vegas, Nevada and is a single-story, 43,900 square foot facility constructed by the tilt–up, cast–in–place construction method. Serving the community since 2005, this facility is just one of ten across the nation that offers on-site card processing.
Molasky Corporate Center is unlike any other Class–A office building in Las Vegas. It was built following construction practices and principles under the United States Green Building Council's (USGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design™ (LEED) program. In common terms, it is a GREEN Building and promises to offer a better and healthier work environment and offer more efficiency in terms of saving precious resources like water and energy. The Clark County Detention Facility is a 1,000 bed minimum security detention facility located on Las Vegas Boulevard and Sloane in North Las Vegas. As a public/private venture, it is intended to ease the current jail overcrowding in the most expeditious time practical while keeping total build out costs reasonable.
The National Personnel Records Center in St. Louis, MO is one of the National Archives and Records Administration’s largest operations. It is a central repository of personnel–related records, both military and civilian. Its mission is to provide world class service to government agencies, military veterans, former civilian Federal employees, family members as well as researchers and historians. This property sits on 23.5 acres and offers 239,690 SF of office, lab and exhibit space with a 235,000 SF archival records center. It houses 2.3 million boxes on 29–box high structural steel shelving record storage, the first of its kind for NARA. The building has complex mechanical and electrical engineering systems designed to protect the records from outside humidity and air contamination to preserve the historic value of the nation’s military personnel records. Working at the building will be more than 800 employees from more than 15 government agencies.

This four–story Class A LEED Silver Office Campus will serve as the Federal Bureau of Investigation Field Office for Southern Ohio. The campus consists of an 90,000 RSF office building, 180–car secured parking structure and 20,000 SF vehicle maintenance annex. The office building will house typical office and service functions as well as specialized functions such as forensic evidence processing and storage, investigation processing and interview, polygraph examinations. It features Level IV Security with a progressive collapse structural system and blast force protection. The project included challenging parking requirements due to the pre–selected site and respective site security. Molasky collaborated with the neighborhood community as well as the county, site and state to garner acceptance, as well as cooperation and assistance. Additionally the FBI’s Program of Requirements is a critical component of their mission and adherence to the programs adjacencies and space utilization is important to their operation and success, necessitating a detailed and highly organized response system during the design and construction phase of the project.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation Field Office in Minneapolis, MN is a five–story Class A LEED Silver Office Campus that will serve as the central command post for FBI law enforcement activities in Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota. The campus consists of a 134,000 RSF office building, 300–car secured parking structure and 20,000 SF vehicle maintenance annex. The office building will house typical office and service functions as well as specialized functions such as forensic evidence processing and storage, investigation processing and interview, polygraph examinations. It features Level IV Security with a progressive collapse structural system and blast force protection. The project included challenging parking requirements due to the pre–selected site and respective site security. Molasky collaborated with the neighborhood community as well as the county, site and state to garner acceptance, as well as cooperation and assistance. The campus consists of an 113,000 RSF office building, 223-car secured parking structure and 21,150 SF vehicle maintenance annex. The office building will house typical office and service functions as well as specialized functions such as forensic evidence processing and storage, investigation processing and interview, polygraph examinations. It features Level IV Security with a progressive collapse structural system and blast force protection. The project included challenging parking requirements due to the pre-selected site and respective site security. Molasky collaborated with the neighborhood community as well as the county, site and state to garner acceptance, as well as cooperation and assistance. The new San Diego FBI Divisional Office will offer 273,000 square feet of Class A office space, a 30,000 square foot vehicle annex and a 480 vehicle garage and is situated on an 11.2 acre site that is a few blocks north of the intersection of Mira Mesa Boulevard and I–805. The location preserves two–acres of sagebrush conservation area and offers immediately freeway access to both I5 and I805. This new build–to–suit lease project will meet the FBI's long–term office needs in San Diego, giving the agency a cost-savings opportunity to consolidate several offices and gives it room to expand in the future, if necessary. The facility will meet the Level 4 Interagency Security Committee (ISC) criteria, with sufficient space for the current and projected workforce and support an enhanced IT infrastructure. The architectural image of the six–level office building is one of a high–performance sustainable building that evokes strength and timelessness with its broad expanses of glass and striking entry atrium. The facility is designed to be constructed to meet United States Green Building Council LEED Gold through a comprehensive sustainable design approach across all six categories of the LEED system.
