Located at the corner of two of Las Vegas’ busiest thoroughfares, 250,000 sq. ft. Mission Center was the first retail center in its neighborhood and set the standard for architecture of such centers in the valley. Sahara Square is a good example of the Molasky companies’ ability to match the retail product with its environment. Irwin Molasky commissioned John Graham, the architect of Seattle's Space Needle, to design Nevada’s first fully–enclosed mall in 1968. The Boulevard Mall was long Las Vegas’ largest with 150 stores in 1,350,000 sq. ft. Anchored by Macys, Sears, JC Penney, and Dillards, it continues to be a popular shopping destination.
